Recipe| Fried Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS:

(1) Head of cauliflower, broken into small florets

(2) teaspoons of milk

(1) egg

(4) cups of oil

(1) cup of cracker crumbs


DIRECTIONS:

The prep time is approximately 30 minutes, cook time 20 minutes

1. Place cauliflower into pan of lightly salted boiling water, cook for 8 minutes until tender. Remove from heat, drain and cool.

2. Heat oil 365°F (180°C)

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk then place cracker crumbs in a dish. Dip cauliflower into the mixture.

4. Fry coated cauliflower into hot oil until golden brown.
