Healthy treat: Kale smoothie

Now we all are always looking for something healthy but delicious. So today I'm going to share with you all the ingredients for a delightful kale smoothie.

Items you need:
A blender
1 cup of Kale
1 medium Banana
1 cup of Almond milk(brand of your choice)
My choice is Almond Breeze Vanilla


Now after compounding all of these in your blender your going to blend until smooth.
